Tour Package Itinerary

  • Day 1 –

    Arrival

    Pick up at the airport, 

    Proceed to half day city tour, Park Rizal, Intramuros, St. Augustin Church, The Cathedral , lunch in a local restaurant 

     Transfer to the hotel  for overnight stay.

    Day 2

    Pagsanjan Falls trip 

    • On this day, pick you up at the hotel after breakfast and proceed to Pagsanjan.
    • We will be driving around 3 hours to the Town of Pagsanjan located in the Province of Laguna.
    • Along the way we shall view the Beauty of vast rice field, the Filipino local community and lifestyle, some historical places and attraction. And while on the way to Pagsanjan falls we shall stop over, just for the toilet if needed.

    Located in Laguna, Pagsanjan Falls is one of the most visited tourist spot south of Manila and is the place where the movie “Apocalypse Now” with Marlon Brando was shot. Vast rice fields and coconut plantation can be seen along the way from the riverside resort.

    Pagsanjan Falls (indigenous name: Magdapio Falls) is one of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines. Located in the province of Laguna, the falls is one of the major tourist attractions in the region. The falls are reached by a river trip on dugout canoe, known locally as “Shooting the rapids”, originating from the municipality of Pagsanjan. The boat ride has been an attraction since the Spanish Colonial Era with the oldest written account in 1894. The town of Pagsanjan lies at the Confluence of two rivers, the Balanac River and the Bumbungan River (also known as the Pagsanjan River).

Arrival in Pagsanjan

  • We will take a small boat shooting the Rapids boats (Banca) more or less 1 hour and 45 minutes to the main “Most Famous Waterfalls in the Philippines”.
  • Enjoy this exciting ride as the boat is skilfully maneuverer upstream by two expert boatmen.
  • While we were heading to the main taller falls, we shall stop by to the first falls, “Talahib Falls” for some great viewing and picture taking for about 10 minutes, and then proceed to the biggest waterfalls of the Philippines where you can see and enjoy.
  • After spending some time at the falls, return downstream by ‘shooting the rapids’– your boatmen will steer past huge boulders in churning waters at top speeds for a fun, exhilarating ride!
  • Please make sure to bring extra clothes since you will be wet and covers for your camera, wallet and cellphone.
  • Wear light dress.
  • After 2 hours of boating adventure, back to the Restaurant.
  • Change your wet clothes in the shower Room, and then proceed to buffet Lunch.
  • After lunch drive back manila.
  • On the way visit a local community and learn about the life there- houses, trading and way of daily living
  • Travel time approximately 2 and a half
  • Have a folklore show in Manila with a dinner in Barbara restaurant.
  • Overnight in Manila.
  • Rest and leisure

Day 3  –   Caves and Kayaks in the north of the Philippines

Manila – Tuguegarao flight. 

  • After breakfast  pick you up at the hotel and will drop you to airport for your flight to Tuguegarao,- north of the Philippines.
  • Upon arrival to Tuguegarao airport, you will be pick up by  the Vans  and will proceed to Callao cave with kayaking in the river.
  • Enjoy a picnic lunch in the nature .
  • – After the tour proceed to Grand Zion hotel  and check in.

Day 4

Rafting in Chico River.

  • After having breakfast in the morning.
  • proceed to your activity of the day, you will be heading to Chico River rafting activity.
  • Ride a local jeepney to the rafting starting point.
  • The rafting activity runs for about 3  hours
  • – proceed to your lunch at one of the restaurants.
  • 1:00 PM – After the rafting activity, you will be driving for 2-3 hours going to Lubuagan where Awichon is located.
  • Estimated time to arrive at Awichon for overnight stay.
  • Have a special cultural show with dancing, music and fire .

Day 5  

Trekking , Tatoos in Buscalan Village

  • After breakfast – start to drive going to Sagada.
  • On the way to Sagada we will visit the village of Buscalan were the oldest living Kalingayan woman Tattoo artist named Apo Wang – Od.
  • The trekking tour runs for about 1 hour and 30 minutes going up and same going down, you will be guided by the natives who lives in the village.
  • Please don’t forget to bring bottled water and hat.
  • Upon arrival at the village you will have the chance to meet Apo Wang-Od and have picture with her but it depends on the availability of Apo Wang Od if she ‘s not on a tattoo session.
  • You also have the chance to meet the villager’s and see the small community on the top of the mountain the Buscalan Village.
  • Enjoy a special experience of cooking with the local people – a special local dish
  • After that have a picnic lunch togeather with local people.
  • After the tour to the tattoo village, continue to drive going to Sagada
  • On the way we will pass through Tulgao and Bontoc Mountain province.
  • Also on the way we can do some stop over for toilet if needed and photo taking on the beautiful scenery.
  • The travel time will be around 6-7 hours.
  • Upon arrival to Sagada, you will be checking at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6  –

Sagada – Walking on water in the carsts, hanging coffins

Magical and hypnotic, Sagada, is home to breathtakingly massive, pine-clad, and cloud-covered mountains, graceful rice terraces, magnificent caves and dramatic waterfalls, sparklingly clear streams, and the proud and extremely rich Kankanaey culture and people – the true jewel of the Cordillera. Sagada, formerly called Ganduyan, is a quaint and quiet town of Mountain Province tucked away in the stunning mountains of Northern Luzon. 

  • After breakfast be Amazed by the hanging coffins – This is a traditional way of burying people that is still utilized. Not everyone is qualified to be buried this way; among other things, one had to have been married and had grandchildren
  • Proceed to Sumaguing cave, the tour will take 2 hours or more.
  • You will walk on karst shapes while the water is flowing – bring your sports shoes (which will be left on the way), short dress and a hat (to cover from the bats).
  • Inside are underground streams and natural pools with water temperature near freezing point.
  • For the brave ones – do the cave connection in which you need to swim in order to cross between caves.

The Hanging Coffins of Sagada are picture perfect sight more impressive than any horror fiction. Within the dark corner of Lumiang burial cave lay a stock of coffins which enclose some of the oldest Igorot ancestors. A number of coffins, however, are place in the highest corner of the cave walls. These coffins are suspended from the limestone cliffs via ropes and strong wires.

  • 1Next stop is the burial caves.

The Sagada Burial Caves is an ancient burial ground full of coffins piled one on top of the other. The people of Sagada in the olden times buried their dead in caves and other designated burial grounds. The practice is carried today by non-Christian Igorots.

  • start to drive for 2-3 hours travel time going to Banaue.
  • 5:30 PM estimated time of arrival at Banaue Hotel for overnight stay.
  • Dinner followed by a cultural show.

Day 7 – Trekking to Cambulo village – Rice terraces

  • Cambulo Village
  •  After breakfast at the hotel, drive on the way to Cambulo Village by a jeepney.
  •  Travel time from Banaue town proper to Cambulo is approximately 45 minutes.
  •  From the starting point of the trek, start hiking to Cambulo through a large path with the combination of uphill, flat and downhill.
  •  The trek is isolated and peaceful with a variety of scenery (forest, mountains, terraces) and you get to see a number of different types of terraces.
  •  The hike going to Cambulo takes 3 to 4 hours. The mountain views were spectacular and there were numerous falls in the trail.
  • Enjoy cooking with natives and eat their local dishes for lunch.
  •  After the trek – drive around 3 hours to Cauayan City
  •  Stay overnight in the hotel.
  • The name Cambulo is derived from the word “ulo”, meaning head. This is in reference to the tribal wars fought between head hunting tribes. The old folks established a camp of head hunters for common defence. Hence, camp and ulo combined that constituted Cambulo.
  • Cambulo Rice Terraces are also part of banaue rice terraces. Cambulo is a barangay of the philippine municipality of Banaue in the province Ifugao in Cordillera.

Day 8 

 Cauayan  to Manila flight. Manila to Palawan flight

  • after breakfast take the flight to Manila
  • Upon landing in Manila – take the  flight to Puerto Princesa ,
  • Drive to Sheridan Resort . Overnight in Sheridan Resort

Day 9 –

Underground river, Zipline, Jungle trail

after breakfast proceed to Underground river tour

 back to Sheridan for the Zipline .( omega ) activity

 Afternoon do the jungle trail- around 3 hours

Day 10 –

 Transfer to  El Nido

  • After breakfast  transfer to EL Nido – around 5 hours drive
  • On the way visit a local market and enjoy the scenery along the magnificent road.
  • Visit a local market on the way to EL Nido
  • Check in the hotel in EL Nido.

Day 11    –

Island Hopping Tour

  • Have a picnic lunch in one of the islands.
  • Explore the site of island hopping with following famous destination.
  • Big lagoon
  • Small lagoon
  • Secret lagoon
  • Simizu Island
  • 7 Commando Beach

Big Lagoon

One of the more popular snorkeling spots in El Nido, it has deep emerald waters and is frequented by sea turtles.

Small Lagoon

Reached through a crack between rocks, the small lagoon is enclosed by towering marble walls. Don’t miss the “private” pool in the innermost part of the lagoon.

Secret lagoon

The secret lagoon is an interesting island because it’s divided onto two by a giant limestone’s. It was named secret lagoon because to get to it, you had to swim through hole formed into a cliff. On the other side was a hidden pristine lagoon. The island is clean, typical white sand, and tress is very rampant at the back of the island providing good shade to have snacks or lunch.

Day 12 –

Flight to Manila , Departure

1300 – transfer by boat to EL Nido airport

1600 – estimated departure flight to Manila. With estimated arrival time at 1715 PM
